Training Needs Analysis

Many companies implement training programs without ever truly understanding the real training needs of their organisation. It’s strange, as the very same companies would be highly unlikely to manage the rest of their business without fully understanding the issues, how to get from where they are now to where they want to be and the associated costs and risks.

ITAD Group takes a step-by-step analytical approach to help optimise our customer’s capability and productivity using a targeted Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Our consultative approach is outcomes, not output, focused.

A TNA is a simple process that will qualify

  • Why you need to do the training
  • What business benefits you can expect
  • What the costs and ROI will be of the program.

We perform a comprehensive analysis of our customer's staff training needs. First, your people complete a tailored survey in their own time and then our experts analyse the results and create a report and solution that meets the needs of your organisation

Our reports go beyond identifying specific training needs as we will also provide you with insights on how to maximise government funding to cover the costs of your training as well as opportunities to continuously improve your business through confidential staff feedback. Our TNA package is valued at $10,000 and is provided to all of our customers as a complimentary service.

Your ITAD Group TNA will provide you with

  • An analysis of current skills, knowledge, competencies and behaviours
  • Access to government funding opportunities.
  • A range of relevant and tailored training solutions including recommendations for appropriate training delivery methods e.g. in-house or external, face-to-face or virtual.
  • Agreed training objectives and outcomes, including a plan detailing how we will support your success in the short and long term.

Our methodology is unique in that we closely collaborate with our customers to build a TNA based on their specific needs. We don't take a 'one size fits all' approach. We also use the TNA to identify available funding schemes that will provide a cost neutral training solution to help business and industry to grow or up-skill their workforce and to improve workplace productivity, employee retention and job satisfaction – it really does pay to train.
